ROLE SUMMARY:
Carrier on-boarding, Traffic Monitoring, Trouble shooting, Testing & Analyzing traffic trends
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring monthly, daily, hourly, per minute incoming and outgoing traffic
- Trouble shooting all kinds of irregularities on the system, managing tickets from inside and outside stakeholders
- Performing hourly & daily testing’s as required by business development team
- On-boarding new carriers technically, creating required technical connections under specifies duration
- Monitoring system health of hardware
- Analyzing traffic trends on minute, hour, day and monthly basis and quickly sharing analyses with business development team
- Swift communication of ongoing tasks with internal and external stakeholders on Skype & outlook.
- To Provide step by step suggestions for solving different types of technical issues in troubleshooting various trouble tickets from our customers.
- To provide technical assistance to immediate supervisor in whatever task he assigned
- Timely coordination with our customers and vendors in order to solve their queries
- Analyze Wireshark traces in order to troubleshoot an issue and find out the cause
- Downloading and managing EDRs as required by internal or external stakeholders

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Educational / Academic Qualification : Electrical/Telecom Engineer, BCS
- Experience(Min. years) : Fresh Graduate
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:
Candidate should have some understanding of OSI layers, IP protocols, Networking, IP addressing, packet switched, circuit
switched networks, SMPP & HTTP connections, SS7, SIGTRAN, VPN set up.
